.452, .453, or .454???
I have become a firm believer in finding the right size bullet for the right gun.
I learned this the hard way with my 38-55.
since I case from time to time, what size is everyone using? (I am
currently out of .45 cal slugs to work with... did a slugging for a
friend and have yet to order more)

I size mine .4515", but .452" is correct. Since I own 3 handguns and a rifle in .454, I have to size for the one that requires the smallest diameter, and that is my Freedom Arms. I have recently been using two different lubrisizers (Lyman and Star), so now have both .452" and .4515" available. Amazingly, the RB is as tight in nearly every measurement as the F.A.

Yeah, I have been using .452" sized boolits and they appear to work
just fine... .451" jacketed and .452" cast (like what I use with my
Win94 and Ruger Blackhawk/Redhawk)
