I have a lot of extra die sets I've accumulated, and would be willing to sell or trade them if anyone is interested.

No 45 ACP?
Do you reckon a fellow could use those 45 Colt dies to size, seat, and crimp 45 ACP's for a S&W 625 revolver?

I doubt it. The .45 Colt dies are too long to allow seating, and of course no crimping at all. .45 ACP ammo has to have a crimp to be fired in a revolver.

Okay, thanks. I don't think the trade will go through anyway now. A guy was offering a S&W 625 5" 45 ACP for my S&W 940. If I were set up for reloading that caliber, it might have worked.

Some are gone, and to be honest, I kind of pushed the extras back on the storage shelf and forgot about this ad. I'll do a check and modify the post.
